UniLine Casework is SEFA 8 compliant and constructed from high-quality welded 18-gauge steel. Each unit is finished with an environmentally friendly, durable powder coat that provides long-lasting performance in demanding laboratory environments.
The modular design allows laboratory furniture systems to be reconfigured and expanded as laboratory needs evolve. All casework units are independently tested to ensure compliance with SEFA 8 load-bearing capacity requirements.
Drawer Construction
Drawer bodies are constructed from 20-gauge steel and feature 18-gauge drawer suspension with full-extension ball-bearing drawer slides.
File drawer suspension options include:

Drawer exteriors are finished with urethane powder-coated steel to provide chemical and abrasion resistance.
Cabinet Door Construction
Cabinet doors feature a double-walled construction with 20-gauge reinforcing channels for added durability.
Each cabinet door includes:

Five-knuckle hinges
One nylon roller catch
Doors are finished with urethane powder-coated steel and are available in manual and self-closing configurations.
Cabinet Interior Features
Cabinet interiors include a fully adjustable 20-gauge steel shelf supported by zinc-plated steel shelf clips, allowing flexible storage configurations.
Base Cabinet Design
All cabinets feature recessed toe space to help promote laboratory cleanliness.
Base cabinets include 0–2½ inch zinc leveling bolts on all corners, allowing height adjustments between 35″ and 37″ to accommodate laboratory workspace requirements.
