EnviroMax Laminar Flow Enclosures

The EnviroMax Laminar Flow Enclosures from HEMCO are HEPA-filtered enclosures available in unitized and modular designs for Class 100 clean work environments. They isolate equipment and processes to meet critical cleanliness requirements using HEPA filtration rated at 99.995% efficiency for particles ≥0.3 microns and laminar airflow to maintain a Class 100 clean work zone.

Filters and lighting are serviceable from inside the enclosure. Optional UV lighting, anti-static features, and grounding are also available.

The Unitized EnviroMax HEPA Filtered Clean Workstation is available in 30″ and 36″ depths for easy passage through standard doorways and simple on-site installation.

HEPA filtration provides sterile airflow across the work area while returning clean air to the room. The enclosure features a welded steel frame with a chemical-resistant white powder-coated finish, along with clear acrylic or tempered glass side and rear walls.

Horizontal sliding front windows include air outlet slots to maintain positive pressure. Ceiling-mounted HEPA filters provide a minimum Class 100 environment with 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns and include an integral fan, prefilter, and speed control.

Fluorescent lighting is standard with switches mounted on the front post. This cost-effective, flexible workspace exceeds stringent contamination requirements. All electrical components are UL listed.

Standard Sizes & Specifications

The Modular EnviroMax HEPA Filtered Clean Workstation from HEMCO is available in 48″ and 60″ depths and is designed for on-site assembly with pre-wired electrical connection to a single-point junction box. Ceiling-mounted HEPA filters deliver sterile airflow across the work area while returning clean air to the room and maintaining a minimum Class 100 environment at 99.99% efficiency for 0.3-micron particles.

The Enclosure Structure Includes:

Each HEPA Module Includes:

The standard sash for EnviroMax. The maximum sash opening for the horizontal sash is 1/2 that of the vertical sashes. The smaller opening, means less air exhausted resulting in energy savings.

Optional sash for EnviroMax. The sash may be hinged vertical rising or horizontal open for maximum access thru the fume chamber.
