UniFlow Polypro Trace Metals Fume Hoods

UniFlow Polypro Trace Metals Fume Hoods are specifically designed for laboratory environments where metal contamination cannot be present. These fume hoods feature a completely non-metallic construction, preventing contamination from metallic components and ensuring compatibility with sensitive analytical and trace metal applications.

Available in widths from 48” to 96” and depths of 30” or 36”, these systems provide reliable containment, chemical resistance, and long-term durability.

Constructed with a welded one-piece polypropylene fume chamber and integral worksurface, creating a durable dual-wall structure with superior chemical resistance. Meets NFPA 45 requirements for flame spread.

Polypropylene fume chamber features a smooth, white, chemical-resistant surface designed for easy cleaning and improved light reflectivity.

Constructed of polypropylene, the baffle system maintains uniform airflow through the chamber and directs air efficiently to the exhaust collar.

Vapor-proof, non-metallic light fixture with integrated switch and PVC conduit. Designed for durability and energy efficiency in corrosive environments.

Removable access panel provides access to ducting and electrical services through a single-point PVC electrical box.

28” viewing height with 24” or 30” interior depth and 44” working height allows for tall apparatus and laboratory procedures.

Aerodynamic face opening improves airflow efficiency and directs air evenly into the chamber and through the baffle system.

Continuously monitors face velocity airflow to meet ANSI and OSHA requirements.
