UniFlow Floor Mount Fume Hoods
UniFlow SE and LE Floor Mount Fume Hoods are designed for synthesis, distillation, and other laboratory applications requiring tall apparatus or roll-in equipment.
Available in widths from 48” to 144” and depths of 30”, 36”, and 48”, these modular systems provide flexibility, durability, and safe containment for demanding laboratory environments.
UniFlow floor mounted fume hoods are ideally suited for synthesis, distillation, and rack-type operations where tall apparatus is used or equipment is rolled into the work area. Modular construction allows units to be shipped disassembled for on-site assembly.
Non-metallic construction provides total chemical and corrosion resistance for superior durability and long life. The interior fume chamber features a smooth, one-piece design with coved corners for easy cleaning.
Engineered airflow system with Vector airflow slots maintains consistent air movement through the chamber and into the exhaust collar for improved containment and efficiency.
Factory-installed vapor-proof LED lighting with polished stainless steel reflectors. Energy-efficient and U.L. listed.
Sash management system helps reduce exhaust volume and improve overall energy efficiency.
When the sash is in the lowered position, airflow is directed to safely contain fumes away from the user.
62” vertical sash height allows full access for loading, unloading, and working with large or tall equipment.
Double vertical sash design provides large viewing access depending on configuration.
Service fixtures are color-coded for easy identification and integration.
Electrical components can be mounted on either side for flexible installation.
Continuously monitors face velocity airflow to meet ANSI and OSHA requirements.

62" vertical sash height allows full access for loading, unloading, and working with large or tall equipment. Includes upper and lower sash with 76" stand-up height and interior depths of 30", 36", and 48".
Double vertical sash design provides 68" of viewing access. Sashes are counterbalanced with 3/16" tempered safety glass, non-metallic PVC framing and track, and aerodynamic sash lifts for smooth operation. Horizontal sliding doors available on 96", 120", and 144" wide models.
Aerodynamic face opening improves airflow efficiency and directs air evenly into the chamber and through the baffle system.
Energy Efficient vapor proof LED light fixture with polished stainless steel reflectors, and light switch on left column, all factory installed.

Sash Options
Standard Vertical Sashes
For HEMCO fume hoods,4',5',& 6' wide. The sash may be lifted to the completely open position for maximum access thru the fume chamber. Sash stops available.
Horizontal Sliding Sashes
For HEMCO fume hoods, 8' 10', & 12' wide. The maximum sash opening for the horizontal sash is 1/2 that of the vertical sashes. The smaller opening, means less air exhausted resulting in energy savings.
